Water-based solution of mixture of potassium salts produced by saponification of resin and fatty acids after disproportionation.

Application: Production of styrene-butadiene (ESBR), nitrile-butadiene (NBR) and other synthetic rubbers derived by low-temperature emulsion (co)polymerization.

Advantages:

  • Ecologically safe.
Made from resin acids and fatty acids of natural origin soluble in waste water.
  • Economical
    Reduced emulsifier consumption.
  • Available in convenient form/packaging
Ready-to-use product – no heating required.
Conveniently packaged – dosed into the (co)polymerization process unit immediately out of the manufacturer package.
  • Saves production costs and increases rubber production output
